Sadly our little friend Brodie passed away on Thursday. he has left a hole in our hearts.

he had such a funny way with him, and boy did he love his treats.

he is now with our Angus, his buddy.

Sleep tight old yin.

GOODNIGHT SWEET FRIEND

This is our old Guy Angus, he sadly passed away on the 8th of december 2008. he was a great companion he was with us for 19years. you gave us a lot of smiles over the years, you were such a gentle guy. we saw you being born, and we were with you when you passed. we are missing you already. sleep tight dear friend.

DECOUPAGE

This sample was the one i most enjoyed doing. i decoupaged and matted and layered the image. then added the little decoupage bags for fun. i wanted this card to be a fun card. and i had fun making it. which is the important bit.

SAMPLES

I have started making sample cards for a well known cd company and these are some of the samples i made for them recently. all are decoupaged.

CAROUSEL HORSE

This is a card i made for a family member, and as she is a showman i thought the carousel horse was ideal for her, as one of her rides is a carousel. the horse is decoupaged and gilded in silver. first time iv'e done a horse. me thinks i will do some more.

ANYTHING GOES CSF CHALLENGE

This is my small effort for the Anything goes Callenge on Craft swap forum. this quarter is animals. as i was having problems downloading onto the forum Bucket, thought i would put it in my blog. originally i was going to attempt an exploding box. but made a baby box for my brand new Great nephew instead. and thought this little mouse stamp set i bought recently would be good to use, as the theme is animals. i have stamped the mouse onto various textures and colours of card then layered each cut out section over the top. i have her holding a needle as she is busy sewing a wee piece of work. i stamped and enbossed the leaf pattern then stitched a few of the leaves to help Mrs Mouse with her stitching. boy has she been a busy wee mouse.
