CALVINS BIRTHDAY CARD

This is a card i made for my husbands Godson. he loves cars, so thought i would go for auto theme. the BMW is decoupaged. i also made a map of his street and put the card over the top. he loved the fact he could see his street. this was one card that was a big hit.

Birthday Card

This is a Birhday Card i made for a friend. i decoupaged the image and used silk material printing papers to do the final segment which was the dress. i wanted the image to be tactile, and i feel i achieved this with the dress being material. the papers i used behind are the new Laura Ashley papers, which i picked up at ink spots craft store, in Hamilton in Scotland. i really wanted to use some of the paper, and although it's patterned i dont think it over powered the image. something i was afraid of. all in all i'm happy with this card.

POEM ATC

This is an Atc i made for a recent swap with a fellow CSF crafter, Chrissy. the theme was to be poems. and being scottish i thought it appropriate to do a Robert Burns one. the ATC folds in and is tied with tartan ribbon.

inside New Year card

This is the inside of the little birdie New Year card i made for one of my brothers. i used the Xcut corner punch, removing the side bars to enable me to punch around the paper. i overlapped the paper slightly at each end as the paper was two toned, being darker blue on the reverse. I never ever used corner punches before, that is before i knew you could remove those little side bars. love em! love em, love em.
